How It Works
Step 1
You send me an enquiry here I reply giving you a summary of solutions to any problems you have been having with you diet and training. We make a time to have a phone consult to discuss you, your specific situation, your goals and all other things that we needs to address / work with, in order to achieve your goals. The phone call is the most crucial step, if I do not know who I am coaching then how can I coach effectively. If you have paid for online coaching in the past and not even spoke to the person coaching you - you were probably disappointed, hence why you are reading this.
Step 2
From our conversation, I write your bespoke diet and training program. You also understand that your diet is a dynamic thing, and unlike your previous coaching experiences, we can change your diet around as needed, or if your routine changes.
Step 3
Within 72 hours I will send you videos of me talking about and explaining your specific diet and program. Giving you a full run through and explanation of the expectations, criteria and how you will approach your diet. Reiterating the entire time the key to you reaching your goal is communication. I assure you, that you will not present me with any challenge that I have not coached through countless times before.
Step 4
I will send you your log in details to access my software. This is not the generic Trainerize app.
Step 5
I will tag / send you videos on instagram of any exercises you are unsure of / have not done before. I will also send you videos(coaching) of exercises that everyone does wrong / can do better.
Step 6
We start! You log everything on my software. You have unlimited access to me via text / WhatsApp / Insta so you can feel confident i am there to coach you.
Step 7
Along with being able to message me as you need, you will do a weekly check in where you send me your weight and measurements so i can make adjustments/changes to your diet. I will also strongly encourage you to send me videos of your training, however I completely understand it can be a daunting thing to record yourself in the gym. So you can simply tell me the exercises you feel you can do better and I can record videos for you specifically.
Step 8
You're rolling now. You have seen measurable results after 1 week and finally feel like your being listened to and coached by an effective strength trainer.
