I became a top Brisbane personal trainer for over 12 years. There is a part of me that will always be the fat guy at 21 years old, who had restored to wishing…yes literally wishing he was not fat. 

In my mind I had tried everything….#lowfat #keto #fastedcardio #chickenandrice and I promise if it was around I would dabbled in #fasting and probably even try to ice bath the fat off.

I even got absolutely ripped off for a tub airway gel in sheer desperation (google it)

The short of the story…even eating clenbuterol out of a tub I was still fat just a real sweaty fat guy, riddled with clen induced anxiety 😂

What was I doing wrong? Everything.

My constant periods of ultra low Calories were killing my training and therefore stopping from growing and muscle and because I lost muscle everything I tired to “shred” I would get fatter even faster every time I started eating “normal” again

At my best I looked like a fat guy with forearms and at worst I looked like I lived at a Chinese buffet…and that really pissed me off as I had been training since I was 14.

So what did I do at 21? Nothing..in fact I did more of all the crap that was failing. More cardio…less carbs….more fat burning drugs.

Obviously it failed.

So how did I fix it?

Well that stupidly simple.

I stoped trying to #diet away from what I hated and I started to train to be a superior strength athlete then what I was and I used my diet to support that #goal..as I got stronger I ate more and my weight continued to fall..so I ate more and I trained even better.

My bench went from 130 to 170kg in 2 years and in that 2 years I went from 87kg @21% to 96kg @13% 

Anyone can do it…you Just to ask the right questions and please stop asking the wrong ones.
