    You have full-time training support from me, your s&c coach. I won't delegate you to someone else. I do not have any copy and paste replies; I do not do email communication. I don't hire sub-standard employees. You'll get the real-deal. This is real world coaching, so it's in real time and includes one-on-one coaching, with some seriously tasty meal plans for muscle gain.

    Training & Fitness Communication

    You interact with me as much as you need on Instagram DMs. I travel a lot, so I find Instagram the best method of communication, but also I can easily refer you to my videos showing specific workout techniques and training methods. I administer exercise science and common sense. Depending on your goals, you'll get different programs from me, but I guarantee to have exercise physiology for functionality in the mix, so you're functioning at your peak flexibility, endurance, health and fitness. 

    Monitoring Your Meal Plan For Muscle Gains

    We identify what you NEED, write the diet and program to address those needs to start the diet and program. Your meal plan for muscle gain will include daily recipes, advice around what proteins to eat. Common misconceptions about foods, a detailed, strict calendar of when and exactly what to eat, plus, we'll take into consideration what you want to eat versus what you don't like.

    My clients are never hungry. We'll monitor performance and adjust accordingly. If you've dieted before and felt hungry, you're doing it wrong. Then I coaching IN what we need, and I coach OUT what we need out. It's a bespoke nutrition plan, hinging around your training and athletic activities.

    Strength And Conditioning Training Routine

    Every 4 weeks, your training program session will change, to ensure that we keep making significant measurable progress and keep you excited about your training. We'll be looking to improve your muscle stability before increasing intensity. You'll get access to the App "Recomposer" where you'll have a personalised, monitored, program to follow and measure your success.
