    A Dietitian Planning Your Nutrition

    As your dietician, your diet needs to be as unique as your life itself. It needs to be tailored to your work and lifestyle. In our initial nutrition consult, I will gather all the information I need, ask you a lot of questions and probably answer a lot of yours and with that I will write your initial nutrition plan.
    Your diet is written with the foods you choose in the schedule that are best for you.

    Also, understand this is a full nutrition consulting service, in that we will be regularly interacting, as needed. This is crucial, especially in the initial stages of your program, as we will be re-teaching you a lot of nutrition habits to manage that are holding you back!

    Every week you will send me a check in with your weight & measurements along with a debrief (in your own words) about your week. From that information, each week we can adjust and optimise your diet to ensure we continue to get a significant result each week.
