Fill out the “Become a Client Now” form. Give me as much detail as you can, remember you can have the best personal trainer, but as strength coaches we can only work with what we are given. The best online coaches can only work with what is in front of them.

Step 2
Next as part of your personal training online program, we have a phone/Skype consultation and discuss your specific situation and goals. For lack of a better word, we forensically audit how you have previously dieted and approached your body composition goals so we can advise on the ideal nutrition coaching programs online for you.
We'll discuss how we can start getting your dieting and training TOWARDS your end goals VS the frivolous “kill your body” strategy that most people adopt.
