I'm not a powerlifter and please don't think of me as a bodybuilder. I'm a certified strength and conditioning coach. What's the difference? A strength coach helps people and athletes get stronger to perform better with better functionality in their sports. Powerlifters focus on lifting as much weight as possible in three specific moves: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Bodybuilders, on the other hand, use weightlifting make their muscles look as big as possible. So, strength coaches help with sports performance, powerlifters lift heavy weights, and bodybuilders build muscles to look good.

I'm an online strength coach in Brisbane that calls the fitness industry out on its bulls#*t. Arguably, I'm a semi-intelligent person who has a keen interest in body recomposition and strength systems. But rather than listening to me preach, follow me on Instagram, and see if what I say resonates. I'm a qualified Australian strength coach, living and training in Brisbane who provides functional training for high performance, but what makes the difference is using commonsense. There's so much misinformation out there, so I cut through the online garbage and make educated decisions about your training and nutrition that will accelerate your athletic performance. What I do differently, includes personalised online strength and conditioning programs, combining nutrition, exact recommendations of how and when to eat, a series of correct training videos that show you what's wrong with the advice from the so-called best "personal trainers online" and of course, I specialise in getting serious results. I help people who have been struggling at the gym for years get the gains they've been dreaming of. It's a big claim, but I have training programs and a methodology that works every time, plus I have both personal and client results to prove it.

I'm an S&C coach who understands the difference between exercise and actually training. I develop personalised strength and conditioning programs for you; not just exercise. Exercise is the one size fits all approach, with a "doing something is better than nothing" approach. Exercise is where mediocrity is encouraged and if you do anything different, you're an outcast.

Exercise is where everyone gets a participation medal - there is no last, nor first place. Exercise is not about the result, it's about doing something, because it's better than nothing and let's face it. That's a cop-out. Work with me and you'll build strength and power, agility and endurance.

In - Person Strength Coach Brisbane

Yes, I predominantly train people with a proven online one-to-one system, but if you're in Brisbane, or even the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, I'm happy to meet with you for our first few sessions just to keep you on track. I train out of CBJ Health Club in MacGregor, as well as The Muscle Hut in Warana, Sunny Coast.
