Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- stock powder
- 1 whole onion, diced.
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 egg
Directions
Heat a pan nice and hot
Add oil
Add a whole diced onion and 1 clove of garlic and let them soften
Add as many servings of rice as you need, now the rice is best if its cold and not gluggy. For best results cook your plain rice and leave it in the fridge overnight
As rice heats it will separate and soften
Once rice is warm add salt, soy sauce and stock powder
Mix well and then add an egg (optional but if you can fit it in your calories it’s great)
Mix well again
