Ingredients
- Chicken breast (as you need for your diet)
- 1 onion chopped in half
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 spring onion
- Vegetables (as you like)
- 1tbs salt
- 1tbs stock powder
- 2tbs soy sauce
Directions
Fill a 3/4 of a large pot with COLD water
Add in your chicken breast, onion, garlic, spring onion, other vegetables, salt, stock and soy
Turn on heat to full
Let it come to a semi vigorous boil
As soon as it boils, turn heat off on an electric stove top and down to lowest setting on gas
Let it cook in the residual temperature for 20 minutes
After this time you can take out and slice
Add carb option and quantity of your choice and add your chicken
Then add a small ladle of the cooking liquid (this will resteam the chicken when you reheat it)
