Ingredients

  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • Protein of your choice
  • 4tbs oyster sauce
  • 2 tbs soy cause
  • 1tbs honey
  • Dash Tabasco
  • Salt

Directions

Get a large pan and heat

Add oil to hot pan

Add onion and garlic and let go clear

Once onion and garlic is soft add in your protein

Salt meat

Let’s meat brown (note it won’t be cooked through)

Add your vegetables

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, Tabasco and salt again

Mix so it’s evenly covered

Let cook for 15 min (do not cover)

Sauce will reduce and thicken

Divide up and add you carb of choice

Enjoy
